Note: we do not accept returns for custom products as they are made-to-order and cannot be resold.

Returns:

To process a return or replacement - please refer below. This information provides all the necessary information and all details we may require.

We allow up to 15 days from date you receive your items to request a return. After this time period our system will not allow a return. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless a faulty order was received (we may require photo evidence of this) or we sent a wrong item. (It doesn’t’ happen often but mistakes do happen from time to time) Please provide the following information to us to track down the order in question; (Name, order # or email address provided at purchase.)

Please make sure you have tracking and proof of weight for the parcel you're returning.

As soon as a return is received at our facility you will get an email and we will automatically process the refund or replacement. We do not refund the shipping cost you paid. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. A returns slip complete with address information will be created automatically within the returns system, which can be printed direct or emailed to you. Returns on Custom Orders:

There are NO returns/exchanges on DMD's Customized designs. Once any of our custom piece goes into production, there can be NO cancellations. DMD will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacture defects. Custom pieces will take 1-3 days to process your order. Depending on the amount of customization a 3-4 week production timeline is estimated before you receive your piece. These pieces are made to order, due to the level of craftsmanship, quality of the work and number of orders we receive on a daily basis, this is the fastest we can deliver without sacrificing our quality which you will hopefully appreciate when you get your Drip!

Tracking and Insurance

All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

DMD is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.

Fedex, DHL, & USPS mail services are used for expedited and standard shipping. These services are offered for FREE on ALL (U.S.) orders at check out. Please allow 4-13 business days for delivery (6-15 days for AK, HI, and U.S. Territories). PO box addresses are allowed.

UPS/Fedex/DHL international Ground (Canada/Mexico) and/or post services are used for international economy shipping. This service is offered for FREE on orders that meet a minimum of $150 USD
